Intimate areas have thinner, more delicate skin that’s prone to friction irritation. Traditional synthetic materials can cause micro-abrasions and discomfort during 12-16 hour daily wear periods, especially during physical activity.

Collagen, being a natural skin protein, offers inherent biocompatibility. The challenge was creating a textile that maintains collagen’s skin-friendly properties while delivering the stretch, durability, and moisture management needed for underwear.

We developed a specialized collagen-nylon blend that creates an ultra-smooth fiber surface, reducing friction by 35% compared to standard nylon. The collagen component provides natural moisture retention for skin comfort.
