How HDPE Yarn Works

PECooX® Biodegradable cooling yarn is made by modifying polyethylene to enable microbial degradation. Under composting conditions, microorganisms decompose the yarn into CO2 and H2O. It maintains cooling properties, high heat transfer, and is eco-friendly.

Biodegradable Test Report

Considering the cumulative gas production as observed in Table 2 & 3 and its analysis indicates that the process of biodegradation has occurred in BIODEGRADABLE FIBRE Sample. After 45 days of incubation, the level of biodegradation for the Positive control (Reference material) was 91.53 % while the BIODEGRADABLE FIBRE Sample showed 7.72%.
