Traditional antimicrobial treatments wash out or lose effectiveness over time. We needed a solution that was permanently integrated into the fiber structure – something that would actively fight bacteria 24/7, not just during washing cycles.

NaCuX® technology embeds nano-sized copper particles directly into nylon fibers during the spinning process. These copper ions create a hostile environment for bacteria and fungi while promoting skin health through copper peptides – turning every fiber into a microscopic guardian.

We developed a custom 70x135cm towel specification using 30% NaCuX® copper nylon filament blended with premium cotton. This ratio ensures maximum antibacterial protection while maintaining the absorbency and softness guests expect from luxury towels.
