1、Organic conductive fiber is the conductive medium (carbon black, metal oxide) through the composite spinning way to add into polyester or nylon, to get black or white conductive fiber. It is not affected by environmental humidity and still has excellent electrical conductivity in a dry environment.

Adding 0.5%~3% of conductive fiber to the fabric which is easy to cause static electricity can eliminate static electricity, reduce dust absorption, and improve clothing comfort. Can be widely used in workers’ uniforms, trousers, cashmere sweaters, conductive silk and etc.
2、Metal conductive yarn is stainless steel staple fiber blended with polyester, acrylic, cotton, and other materials yarn.
This conductive yarn makes LED bulbs light easily, has excellent electrical conductivity, and has a certain electromagnetic shielding performance and radiation protection performance.

3、Silver-plated conductive fibers are coated with silver on nylon filament to achieve electrical conductivity。 It has excellent electrical conductivity, is softer than stainless steel yarn, is skin-care enough, also has excellent antibacterial, and electromagnetic shielding performance, suitable for radiation prevention apparel for pregnant women.
Available Specifications:
***Organic conductive filament: 20DDRWBLK
***Organic conductive composited filament: 20D/30D+75D/100D/150D
***Stainless Steel yarn Ne21s,32s, the 40s: 20% stainless steel 80% polyester / 30% stainless steel 35% polyester 35% cotton
***Stainless Steel filament: 68D/100D/150D
***Silver-Plated conductive nylon filament: 40D/70D/100D

IF you have any suggestions for how I might crochet hats with some type of emf shielding in them that will test and prove to protect brains from toxic wifi, please let me know.
Everything in life changed going on 70 now, after younger neighbors moved in with much wireless and a ht ub and husband and I both become seriously EHS/ EMR, electromagnetic & Infrasound hypersensitive. After spending $35,000 on professional EMF Radiation consultation and mitigation/ shielding and all electrical off 10 hours nightly regardless the season. And only 1-2 electrical circuits on in daytime as we can tolerate it. I’d love to do one thing that I did for decades to make life seem a little more sane again – crochet.

Thank you for any information you can share on this. Julie
Thank you very much for sharing your experience and thoughts with us. We truly understand your concern about EMF and electromagnetic sensitivity, and we are sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve faced.
At Annie’s Smartex, our research and development mainly focus on functional yarns and textiles for industrial and apparel applications (B2B use) — including conductive, anti-static, and shielding materials that can help reduce electromagnetic interference in professional or technical environments.
However, we are not qualified to provide medical guidance or to claim health protection effects such as “EMF-shielding proven to protect the human body,” as such performance requires specialized testing and certification beyond textile specifications.
If you wish to explore crochet or handcraft uses, you might experiment with silver-coated or stainless-steel blended conductive yarns, which are commercially available and often used in DIY EMF-reduction projects. We recommend reviewing verified technical resources (e.g., ASTM D4935 test standards for electromagnetic shielding fabrics) for more scientific assessment.
We sincerely appreciate your passion for crafting and wish you good health and peace.
Thank you again for visiting our site and for your kind message.
