Material Selection & Analysis

We analyzed the client’s specific protection needs and researched high-performance fiber combinations. Our team identified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) blended with aramid fibers as the optimal solution, providing excellent puncture resistance while maintaining flexibility and comfort.

Weaving Structure Innovation

We developed a proprietary tight-weave structure using multi-filament UHMWPE yarns in both warp and weft directions. The fabric construction features a specialized interlocking pattern that distributes penetration forces across multiple fiber points, significantly increasing puncture resistance while maintaining breathability.

Performance Optimization

Through multiple iterations, we fine-tuned the yarn density and weave tightness to achieve optimal puncture resistance. The final fabric specification includes a 400-denier UHMWPE core with protective coating treatment, resulting in a lightweight yet highly protective material suitable for jacket construction.
