AeroFIR™ integrates three complementary materials into a unified performance system. Aerogel polyester — derived from NASA aerospace insulation technology — traps heat within its nano-porous structure, blocking thermal loss even in sub-zero environments. Far-infrared emitting polyester absorbs body heat and re-emits it as far-infrared energy in the 8–14 μm wavelength range, helping maintain a warm and comfortable microclimate around the foot. Wool completes the system by actively managing moisture during high-intensity activity and maintaining insulation even when damp.
