IcSnow® NIR-Reflective Series achieves its triple-function performance through a combination of fiber-level engineering and functional coating technology. Near-infrared reflective particles embedded within the yarn structure bounce incoming solar radiation away from the fabric surface, reducing heat absorption and lowering surface temperature under direct sunlight.

Specialized cooling additives integrated during fiber formation create a jade-like heat exchange effect on contact, producing an instant cool sensation the moment skin touches the fabric. A dense molecular barrier within the modified nylon surface simultaneously blocks UVA and UVB transmission, achieving a UPF rating exceeding 50.

This layered approach — solar reflection, thermal conduction, and UV filtration — allows a single yarn to manage heat, light, and touch temperature at once, without relying on surface finishing that washes out over time.
